East Metropolitan Health Service works closely with a range of health professionals including General Practitioners, Allied Health practitioners, nurses and medical professionals to provide excellence in service delivery and care for patients.

Central Referral Service The Central Referral Service is a coordinated outpatient referral system for patients requiring a first specialist outpatient appointment within the public health system.
Contracted Medical Practitioners Contracted Medical Practitioners are specialists who practise privately who also have access to public surgical lists within the East Metropolitan Health Service.
Library and Information Service A comprehensive Library and Information Service is available for all East Metropolitan Health Service employees.
